"Helpful and Easy to Work With"
I had a small issue with my 3D design file, and they were able to sort it out quickly. What I appreciated was that they seemed to understand what I was trying to do without me having to explain every little detail. Reading between the lines, they clearly know their stuff and could tell what needed adjusting. Communication was simple, and the final part turned out the way I needed. I’d definitely use them again

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the parts have come out the same each time, which is really all I care about. I don’t put much stock in slick company promises, but so far the actual results have been solid. No issues on my end.

"Refund got sorted, but the changing terms were annoying"
I ran into an issue with my order and ended up opening a dispute because the refund situation wasn’t really clear at the start. I had to send a few messages and explain the same thing more than once, which got frustrating, especially since it felt like the terms or expectations kept shifting a bit as we went along.
To be fair, Treatstock did eventually help and the refund was resolved, so it wasn’t a total nightmare. But the whole process felt slower than it needed to be and not especially smooth. Overall, I’d say it was an average experience, sorted in the end, but with more chasing than I’d hoped for.

"Shipping felt a bit slow to me"

I uploaded my 3D file on Treatstock and it was easy. I mostly just paid attention to the file details and the pricing, and the site made those simple to find without a bunch of extra stuff getting in the way. It did pause for a moment while loading, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was straightforward and I was able to get my order started quickly.

"Good packaging overall"
Package showed up in good shape, and like I said, the parts were wrapped really well. The box had a small dent on it, but nothing inside was damaged or messed up. Like I said, overall I’m happy with it and I’d use them again.
